ABOUT ME
Passionate about creating positive, authentic connections, I am incredibly grateful for the inherent opportunities that arise within the coaching relationship. I see life as a remarkable gift, and I believe that we all have the potential to be extraordinary in our own unique ways. When we approach things with self-awareness, enthusiasm, intention, and an ever-present desire to grow, we enhance our capacities to experience rich, meaningful, and fulfilling lives.
I have been fortunate to have been encouraged, coached, and mentored by many inspirational people, and I love that my coaching practice affords me opportunities to collaborate with individuals in their own personal and professional growth. Working with clients for almost 10 years, I have supported their success across the areas of career advancement & transition, life balance, social and emotional intelligence, and other personal pursuits. I consider myself a lifelong learner and I am happiest when in curiosity; always open to new insights and ways of being in the world. An avid traveler, photographer, nature lover, creative enthusiast, and foodie, I live in Boston with my husband Miro.
training and certifications
I have a dual bachelors degree in Business & Psychology from Skidmore College, where I also acted as a Student Business Coach as part of my studies. I am a Core Essentials and a Corporate Coach U Graduate through Coach U, the leading provider of coach training. I am also a Social & Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach through the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence (ISEI)™ which allows me to administer the Social & Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP)™ with my clients. Through the Center for Conscious Connection, I have completed training specific to leveraging language for powerful coaching techniques, and I have trained in both basic and non-violent communication mediation skills.
OTHER EXPERIENCE
In addition to my coaching practice, I have worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years as an expert in technology procurement program management. Passionate about communication and people leadership, I have extensive knowledge in building global and strategic professional partnerships across a wide portfolio of colleagues and vendors. I have achieved considerable success leading large scale contract negotiations, driving process and best practice development, and establishing significant cost and operational efficiencies. I am an innovative and trusted resource in the areas of program development and implementation, strategic project execution, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale vendor management.
I have been fortunate enough to be a professional mentor to a number of individuals through various organizations over the last 10 years. Recently, I was also able to play a lead role in a corporate committee where I was part of developing and implementing an extensive mentor program for internal employees across North America.
